We deliver as follows:
- If your order reaches us before 1.00 p.m., it will normally be sent on the same day (select “direct debit” as method of payment).
- Pre-paid orders are sent as soon as payment is received.
- We deliver free to your door1 – you save on delivery charges.
1 This applies to Germany, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. From an order of 2 doses of snacks or 6 individual packages PLATINUM MENU.
Your ways to pay
- You can pay in advance or by direct debit. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by invoice at the moment.
- With direct debits, the payment amount is debited from your account 7 days after the goods are sent.
- Payment by direct debit is a prerequisite for our Premium-Service.
