We deliver as follows:

  • If your order reaches us before 1.00 p.m., it will normally be sent on the same day (select “direct debit” or one of the PayPal Plus methods of payment). The goods are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days for orders from Germany. For orders from Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands, please expect a delivery time of approximately 2 to 4 business days.
  • Pre-paid orders are sent as soon as payment is received.
  • We deliver free to your door * – you save on delivery charges.
  • Please note that a delivery to a "DHL Packstation" is not possible due to the package size .

*This applies from an order value of 29 € to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Austria. Below this order value, a country-specific shipping and handling charges of 4,90 - to 6,90 € applies.

    Your ways to pay:

    • Payment can be made by prepayment, direct debit , credit card, SOFORT bank transfer, purchases on account.
    • With direct debits the payment amount is debited from your account 7 days after the goods are sent.
    • For purchases on account, the payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.
    • Payment by direct debit is a prerequisite for our "Premium-Service".
