Delivery costs

We deliver free to your door. You pay no additional delivery costs!*

* This applies from an order value of 29 € to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Austria. Below this order value, a country-specific shipping and handling charge of 4,90 - to 6,90 € applies. No shipping costs will be charged for the purchase of items labelled ‘free delivery’, even if the order value is less than 29 €. Should shipping charges for your order incur, these will be displayed in the order info.

A delivery is at the moment only possible to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Austria. A list of our international partners can be found here.

Delivery time

The delivery time of products with the status "Ready for shipping" is approximately 1 – 3 working days within Germany and approximately 2 – 4 days to Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands. On cash in advance, we deliver derictly after receiving the payment. In other status messages a different delivery time in working days is shown next to the product. "Working days" means all days from Monday to Friday with the exceptions of public holidays of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the 24.12. and 31.12. of each year. The delivery will be made with the parcel service DHL (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria) and with GLS (France, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria).

Please note that a delivery to a "DHL Packstation" is not possible due to the package size.

Express delivery (DHL) – for existing customers within Germany only, up to a maximum weight of 17.5 kg

Do you need a quick top-up for your four-legged friend? Items ordered Monday to Thursday via express delivery before 12 noon will be delivered to you the next working day for an additional charge of €14.90. For orders placed on Friday before 12 noon, delivery will be made by 6 pm the following Monday. Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 12 noon, or on Saturdays or Sundays, will be delivered by 6 pm the next working day after the following one. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday. Delivery is handled by DHL. The guaranteed delivery date for your order will be displayed during the ordering process. 

Simply select this delivery method under ‘Delivery option’ when completing your order. If you have already completed your order, it is unfortunately not possible to change the selected delivery method retrospectively.

Express delivery with Saturday delivery (DHL) – for existing customers within Germany only, up to a maximum weight of 17.5 kg

Do you need food for your four-legged friend as early as Saturday? Items ordered between 12 noon on Thursday and 12 noon on Friday via express delivery with Saturday delivery will be delivered to you on Saturday for an additional charge of €29.90. This delivery option is only available from 12 noon on Thursday until 12 noon on Friday. Delivery is carried out by DHL. The guaranteed delivery date for your order will be displayed during the ordering process.

Simply select this delivery method under ‘Delivery options’ when completing your order. If you have already completed your order, it is unfortunately not possible to change the selected delivery method retrospectively.
