Care
OralClean+Care has a shelf life of 30-36 months unopened after production and 12 months after opening.
SkinCare can be kept unopened and opened for 6 months after production.
SkinClean+Care can be kept unopened and opened for 18 months after production. All information on the minimum shelf life can also be found on the products.
EarClean+Care is used to clean and care for the skin in the ear area and in the external auditory canal, for example in the event of injuries to the outer ear, such as scratches. It can also be used as an accompanying cleaning agent during therapy against ectoparasites or to remove coarse dirt in the outer area of the dog's or cat's ear. It is applied in sufficient quantity directly to the affected ear area or area in the external auditory canal, or alternatively to a cotton wool pad or a clean and soft cloth to treat the affected area.
An important prerequisite for the use of EarClean+Care is good medical training, which is particularly important for applications in sensitive areas of your pet. This will not only make it easier for you to examine your dog or cat at home or administer medication, if necessary, but also later at the vet. If your dog or cat responds positively to the application, subsequent treatment in the ear area will be easier. If you need support or instructions for medical training, please contact a trainer or your vet. The best time to start medical training is during the puppy phase, as this increases the chance of acceptance later on.
SkinCare can be used on small abrasions or patches of dry skin. Of course, your pet's body will take care of healing injured skin itself. However, a wound ointment can ensure that the healing process is faster, more effective, and does not entail any complications.
When applying the product, make sure you wash your hands thoroughly beforehand and/or use disposable gloves or a soft spatula.
You can find detailed information on application here.
SkinClean+Care is used to clean fresh superficial wounds, to remove coarse dirt from the wound area or irritated areas and to clean tick bites, for example. SkinClean+Care is available as a gel and as a gel spray, which is applied in sufficient quantity to the affected area of skin that has been cleaned in advance, preferably with lukewarm water, so that it is completely covered.

The duration of treatment depends on the following criteria, among others: breed, weight, consistency of the tartar, predisposition, hereditary predisposition, diet. It is difficult to give a generalised time estimate due to the numerous factors involved. If used correctly and consistently (important: twice a day, otherwise the tartar will harden again), experience has shown that the removal of tartar takes 3 to 8 weeks, and in some cases even longer.
If you do not notice any change in the tartar after 3 weeks, please contact us by telephone on our free hotline, 0800 3643663 (0800 DOGFOOD).

Some dogs can react very sensitively to treatment in the mouth area due to trauma, pain, or other reasons. If using OralClean+Care represents a risk of injury to you from your dog, we therefore advise against administering it and recommend that you consult your vet.
No, it only contains citrus seed extracts and herbal oils. The difference lies in the effect: the ingredients have a caring, anti-inflammatory effect and dissolve the tartar in layers during the treatment. Acid would not only attack the tartar, but also the teeth and tooth enamel. You can find more tips on dental care here.
The proportion of alcohol, measured in terms of the dose per application, is so low that it presents no danger to healthy dogs or cats. Alcohol cannot be completely dispensed with, as it serves as a link between the active substances and contributes to shelf life. If your pet suffers from health problems, consult your vet before use. You are also welcome to contact our veterinary department in advance for a consultation.
