We advise checking the eyes regularly for signs of dryness or irritation, especially in environments with artificial ventilation.

Cleaning a cat's eyes

Soreness, swelling or unusual discharge from a cat's eye can be an early sign of problems. Owners helping with a cat's natural eye cleaning can reduce the risk of infections. Any cleaning should be particularly gentle so as not to irritate the sensitive areas around the eyes. Only surface areas around the eyes and the corners of the eyes should be cleaned, without touching the eye itself.
