Have you ever forgotten to reorder food for your dog or cat? Before your four-legged friend faces an empty bowl we offer our popular subscription service. Because we want to make it as convenient and enjoyable as possible for you to order food for your beloved pet.

To save you from having to place a new order each time, we do the work for you: You decide how often and how much PLATINUM pet food you need and we ship it promptly on the desired date to your home or another delivery address. Not only do you save time, but you also save money: You receive a 2 % discount on every order! You can easily set up your subscription yourself and manage it in your customer account. For example, you can view the next dispatch date and change the delivery interval and product selection if necessary.

Of course the subscription is completely non-binding and if necessary can be cancelled or adjusted free of charge up to 24 hours before the next shipping date. Further information and answers to frequently asked questions about our subscription can be found here.

How can a subscription be taken out?

To take out a subscription, you simply need to select the subscription delivery with the desired interval on the page of the respective product. Afterwards you can complete the purchase process as usual. Please note that a subscription may not be available for all items.

What do I do if I already have an active subscription and want to manage it in the online shop in future?

Only subscriptions that you have created yourself in the online shop will appear in your customer account and can be adjusted there. If you already have an active subscription that was set up for you by our customer service, you must first cancel it by sending an email to info@platinum.com before you can set up your new subscription yourself online with just a few clicks. As there is no automatic data synchronisation, this is necessary to avoid setting up a duplicate subscription.
