The following applies to our money-back guarantee:

  • Applies without restriction to all PLATINUM products from the food and care categories.
  • Applies regardless of where you purchased our products. Please note, however, that the claim must always be made via the respective retailer and accompanied by a receipt. If you have purchased our products directly from us, please contact us directly.
  • Valid within 100 days from the invoice date on.
  • Applies to unopened products.
  • Applies to opened and used products with at least 50 percent of the original content. Unfortunately, we cannot refund opened products with less than 50 percent of the original content or products that have been used up completely.
  • The geographical area of application is Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.

After consulting with us, we will send you a free returns label with which you can return the products in question. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price of the products in question.

In the interests of sustainability, we reserve the right to waive the return of the products in question in individual cases. In this case, we will refund the purchase price of the products in question even without a return.

Please note that in the event that you return the products in question to us independently without prior consultation, we will not be able to refund any shipping costs.

This guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
